How do I make a booking?

First, get in contact so we can discuss your goals and requirements. Course dates are flexible so once we mutually agree on training dates they will be set once a deposit has been received.

Fees and Payments?

Please get in touch for the latest course fees. To secure your training dates, a 25% deposit is required with the balance due on the first day of training. Payments can be made in either USD or PHP and remitted via PayPal, gCash, Bank Transfer or USDC Digital Currency. Please do not purchase any e-learning materials until you have been in contact.

What about cancellations?

To cancel a booked course please let me know in writing. Courses cancelled 21 days or more prior to agreed start dates are eligible for a full refund of the course deposit, minus any course materials that have been sent / redeemed.

What locations can the maintenance courses be held / service and repair carried out?

Anywhere onboard a vessel, at your dive facility or at another premises in a different location. Unless otherwise arranged, classes will be held in Subic Bay. For outside the Subic Bay area, my travel and accommodation costs will be additional.

I am an individual not living locally to Subic Bay, can you still repair my equipment?

Yes, of course. For individuals wanting SCUBA equipment servicing etc, contact me for a service request form and then ship your equipment to me. Turn around time is usually between 2 to 5 days plus return shipping. Rush jobs can be catered for, please get in touch ASAP.

What can I do to prepare for my upcoming maintenance courses with you?

Work your way through and complete any e-learning or reading material I have provided you. Having this sorted prior to starting class will allow me to spend more time going over practical material and have you more prepared for the content theoretically.

I am a Course Director and want to add something unique to my Instructor Development Courses, can you help?

Certainly. A bolt-on repair clinic for instructor candidates can be of a duration of your choosing. Popular topics might cover school equipment troubleshooting / repair, compressor operation etc. Please see the repair clinics page for more information.

Do I need to buy or bring my own tools for maintenance classes?

No, all tools are provided during training. A comprehensive tool list is provided during classes and can be used as a reference for when you decide to purchase your own. There are also several tool reviews in the Resources section of this website for you to look at.

Is accommodation included if I enroll on a course?

No. I can provide an up to date list of local accommodation to suit varying budgets, all within a 5 to 10 minute walk away.
